  • It's not yoga. 

 

  • Core strength is where all the fun starts.​ Pilates exercise makes you strong and flexible, but not bulky.

  • Joseph Pilates created apparatus fixed with springs that both assist and challenge a student. He also created a mat system that uses body weight and opposition for challenge. â€‹There are hundreds of exercises! Don't worry there won't be a test.

​

  • Great posture is the result of good practice. With the Pilates method your back, knees and shoulders might thank you.

​

Anyone can do it. Young, not so young, healthy and those with some challenges.
