Joseph Pilates created apparatus fixed with springs that both assist and challenge a student. He also created a mat system that uses body weight and opposition for challenge. ​There are hundreds of exercises! Don't worry there won't be a test.

Great posture is the result of good practice. With the Pilates method your back, knees and shoulders might thank you.
